My Left Nut nominated for Broadcast Digital Award

My Left Nut, a comedy drama written by local newcomers Michael Patrick and Oisín Kearney for BBC Three has been nominated for a Broadcast Digital Award in the Best Drama Programme category. The series filmed on location in Northern Ireland with funding from Northern Ireland Screen.
Judged by some of the industry’s biggest names, the Broadcast Digital Awards span programmes, websites, apps, games and more. Now in its fifteenth year, the event is a celebration of the most innovative, interactive and creative work of the year. The UK’s very best digital content, creators and channels will be announced at a virtual show on the 14 October 2020.
Based on the award-winning stage play My Left Nut is a coming of age comedy drama about friendship, family, grief and testicles. The story is based on real life events after Michael found a swelling on his testicle when he was fifteen. The three-part series was produced by Rollem (Girlfriends, Love, Lies & Records, The Syndicate).
