COVID-19 Omicron variant – Current requirements
Close contacts of suspected Omicron cases will be contacted by the Public Health Agency (PHA) and given specific advice on isolation requirements following close contact with suspected Omicron.
Anyone who is a close contact of a suspected Omicron case will be asked to isolate for ten days and take a PCR test on day two and day eight, regardless of their vaccination status or age.
These requirements are kept under review.
